Terms & Conditions
Eligibility | Customers at least 18 years of age may join the My Wine Story Rewards program by attaining the minimum spend required and enrolling at any Wine Story store. Personal information will be required upon enrollment. This information will be kept confidential at all times. Corporations, associations, or other entities are not eligible for membership in My Wine Story Rewards.

Membership Program | Membership in My Wine Story Rewards is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment. Upgrades may be granted as soon as the qualifying points have been met within a period of 12 months. Qualifying points must be maintained each year in order to maintain the membership level. Points are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

Membership Card | A membership card will be issued upon commencement of membership, and shall be replaced in case of a change in membership status. Membership is non-transferable, may not be used by any other person or entity, and may not be used past the expiration date indicated. No supplementary cards will be issued.

Wine Story reserves the right to request Proof of Identification upon use. The membership card is property of Wine Story and must be returned upon request. Lost or damaged membership cards may be replaced upon submission of an affidavit of loss and payment of a P250 card replacement fee. Membership may be cancelled at any time by notifying Wine Story through e-mail or written notice.

Limitations | Wine Story will not serve alcohol to minors or intoxicated persons. Membership rules are void to the extent where prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law.

On Use of Private Rooms
No minimum charge for the use of private rooms for Royal and Imperial Members. Rooms are subject to availability and are reserved by a first come, first served basis. Magnum and Privileged Members are subject to the minimum consumanable charge implemented by the store.

On Use of Private Cellar
Use of Private Wine Cellar is subject to availability. Priority is given to Royal Members. For additional storage space in the Central Cellar, an additional fee of P150 per case per month will be applied to each case exceeding the free allocation specified in the benefits table.

Communication | Members shall be required to provide relevant and accurate personal information upon enrollment. Wine Story will not be responsible for any loss of offers or benefits resulting from member details being outdated or inaccurate. In order to inform members of their status and benefits, Wine Story shall regularly send information in the form of print, e-mail, or mobile marketing communication materials. By participating in My Wine Story Rewards, members consent to receive the information described above.

Member Consent to Terms & Conditions | By enrolling in My Wine Story Rewards, the member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the program as enforced. Each member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the terms and conditions. Wine Story reserves the right to terminate or suspend benefits of any member at its sole discretion. Wine Story reserves the right to disqualify members who have violated any of the terms and conditions of this program. Wine Story further reserves the right to change or terminate this program, its terms and conditions, or any portion of the program at any time at its sole discretion without prior written notice. The information provided by the member will be handled according to the Wine Story Privacy Policy. Upon successfully joining our membership program your information will be stored in a growing database where we will collect your information for marketing, analysis, customer relationship management, or any purpose to serve you better. As member of Wine Story, you agree to have your information continually collected until you are no longer an active member of Wine Story. In compliance with data privacy, your collected information will be deleted once deemed an inactive member. Any changes or modifications to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.winestory.com.ph

Privacy | Wine Story collects information about you when members send, receive, or engage with messages in connection with our Services. Wine Story uses data and content about Members for invitations and communications promoting membership and network growth, engagement and our Services. Wine Story serves targeted advertisements to members using the following data, whether separately or combined:
  • Data from advertising technologies such as ad tags, cookies, and device identifiers;
  • Member-provided information (e.g., contact information, profession, and address);
  • Data from purchases (e.g., store, date, product categories, items);
  • Information from others (e.g. advertising partners, publishers and data aggregators);
  • Information inferred from data described above (e.g., using birthday to infer age, profession for industry, or names for gender).
  • We use the data (which can include your communications) needed to investigate, respond to and resolve complaints and Service issues (e.g., bugs).


Legal Disclosure | Wine Story may need to share members data when we believe it's required by law or to protect our members' and our rights and security. It is possible that we will need to disclose information about you when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; (2) enforce our agreements with you, (3) investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, or (4) protect the security or integrity of our company. We attempt to notify Members about legal demands for their personal data when appropriate in our judgment, unless prohibited by law or court order or when the request is an emergency. We may dispute such demands when we believe, in our discretion, that the requests are overbroad, vague or lack proper authority, but we do not promise to challenge every demand.
